Terms of Service

Short version: Use the site freely, don't abuse it, and respect the licenses on third-party assets. Perry's own tools are free for personal and commercial use. Third-party assets (game assets, 3D models) have their own licenses — check them before commercial use.

1. Acceptance

By using PFlix.shop you agree to these terms. If you don't, please stop using the site.

2. What PFlix.shop is

PFlix.shop is a personal project hub run by one person (Perry). It hosts free tools, file downloads, and links to third-party assets. It is not a business, marketplace, or commercial service.

3. Original tools & software by Perry

Tools built by Perry are provided free of charge for personal and commercial use. No attribution required, but appreciated. The toolset is actively growing — the current, always up-to-date list lives in the Toolboxes menu, organized into these categories:

  • PDF Tools — merge, split, compress, convert, and extract images from PDFs
  • Image Tools — resize, compress, crop, remove backgrounds, add watermarks, generate favicons, and turn photos into coloring pages
  • Audio Tools — trim, convert, join, and boost audio; ringtone maker and private audiobook player
  • Family Tools — the Printable Generator (custom calendars, meal planners, chore charts, and habit trackers you build and print yourself)
  • Work Docs — Resume Maker, Cover Letter Builder, Invoice Maker, Timesheet Calculator, Phone Number Lookup, and the Landlord/Tenant, Trade Quote, Resignation, Reference, Complaint, and Apology letter generators
  • Creator Tools — QR Code Generator, Prize Wheel, YouTube Downloader
  • Text Tools — Free eReader and Word & Character Counter
  • Apps — PFlix Renamer (Windows desktop app, formerly RE-F*ckulator), XPostCollector (open-source CLI), and Free Steel Inventory App

These tools are provided "as is" with no warranty. Perry is not responsible for data loss, incorrect output, or any other outcome from using them.

4. Third-party assets — game assets, 3D models & chore chart printables

Important: Game assets, 3D print models, and the pre-made chore chart PNG printables in the Freebies section were not created by Perry. They are sourced from third-party creators (CraftPix, Itch.io, community artists, and other designers) and redistributed under their respective licenses.
  • Perry does not claim ownership of any third-party asset, model, or printable.
  • Each asset is subject to its own creator's license. Check the license before commercial use.
  • Attribution is required where stated by the original creator.
  • Pre-made chore chart printables (Freebies → Chore Charts) are free printable PNG files designed by third-party artists, provided here for personal and household use only. Do not resell or redistribute them.
  • This is separate from the Chore Chart tool in the Family toolbox — that's an original Perry-built generator (part of the Printable Generator) covered under Section 3 above, not a third-party asset.
  • If you are the creator of an asset listed here and want it removed, contact Perry and it will be taken down promptly.

5. Downloads from external hosts

Files are hosted on MediaFire and MEGA, and download links are routed through the ouo.io link gateway, which shows an ad page before forwarding you on. Perry does not control what ouo.io shows, and is not responsible for those hosts' uptime, bandwidth limits, or terms of use. Download at your own risk and scan any executable file with antivirus.

6. The Vault

There are no accounts on PFlix.shop — nothing to register for, nothing to log into, and no password to lose. Some download sections sit behind the Vault unlock: complete one ouo.io link and the sections open for 24 hours. The unlock is remembered by your own browser in localStorage, so it is per-browser and per-device, and clearing site data ends it early. Nothing about it is stored on a server, and it costs nothing but the ad page.

7. Prohibited use

You may not use PFlix.shop to:

  • Scrape the site automatically at a volume that impacts performance
  • Attempt to compromise site security
  • Bypass the ouo.io gateway to mirror or rehost the download links elsewhere
  • Use the tools for illegal purposes

8. Disclaimer of warranties

PFlix.shop and all content is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Perry makes no guarantees about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

Perry is not liable for any damages arising from use of this site, including data loss, incorrect tool output, or issues with third-party hosted files.

10. Changes to these terms

Perry may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
